Health & Fitness Analysis
During your initial consultation with innov8, an in depth discussion with a member of our training team will allow us to understand your training history, motivations, and the way your body has reacted to previous physical exertion.
We will also conduct tests for:
- Body Weight
- Body Composition (Fat Mass and Lean Muscle Mass)
- Blood Pressure
- Stress Levels
The information gained from the testing and discussion will be used to set both short and long term goals, an extremely important process to the success of any programme.
A vital part of achieving any health and fitness goal is your nutrition. You will be asked to keep a 5 day food record, after which you will have a full nutrition consultation.
Your food record will be discussed and analysed, and recommendations made to tie in with the goals set with your personal trainer.
